Every person your age around this time always seems to be worried about a pimple popping up and ruining your whole night.
One of the biggest things that you can do to avoid a pimple, is not stress about them.
Stress if one of the leading causes of pimples and the more you stress out about them they more they will come.
A few things that you can do to help with facial acne are:
- Drink 8-10 glasses of drinking water a day
- Wash your face with bar non fragrance non dye soap
- Stay way from using a wash cloth because this can irritate the infected skin
- Use OTC (Over the Counter) topical creams that can help dry the infected area
Also, diet has a lot to do with your skin, avoid eating a lot of pizza's high greasy fast foods before a big even like a prom where you know you are going to be taking pictures.
Stick to whole grain foods, salads, grilled chicken and lean meats.
This should help eliminate a lot of the bad grease and toxins that build up in your pores causing pimples and acne.
