1. Jog, sprint, jog. Many people think that jogging is the best way to shed the pounds. And it is pretty good but you need to really get yourself out of breath and get your heart pumping to lose weight fast. A sprint in the middle of a jog will get your heart working and get your metabolism going at an astonishing rate. Jogging alone will not shift the weight off as fast as a few hard sprints will.
2. Watch what you eat. This sounds obvious but most people just check the calories and throw it down their throat. Calorie counting will only work if you are also watching how many you are burning off. You need to stick to different types of foods if you want the weight to fall off quickly. Stick to low carbs and you can't go wrong!
3. Think yourself thin. Yes amazingly, scientific studies have shown that weight loss is just as much in the mind as it is in the action. You can actually think yourself thin. I suppose it makes sense that if you can convince your mind that you have just done a massive workout then you should lose weight, your mind controls how many calories you burn after all.
4. Think and think and think some more. Your brain uses the vast majority of the energy in your body. If your brain is doing overtime then it needs to be fed. Where does that food come from? Your fat reserves of course. A good exercise of a Sudoku a day could have you in them size 8 jeans straight away.
