Get Your Online Business Off to a Running Start

Are you struggling from paycheck to paycheck? Are you having a devil of a time just meeting the minimums on your credit card payments? Are you exhausted from all that overtime to the point of canceling activities with your friends & family? Have you convinced yourself that window-shopping is the only kind of shopping that you can afford? Wouldn't you just love to search for ways to give away excess money just to get yourself a tax break? If you answered yes to just one of those questions, maybe it's time to consider a home-based business.
Ok, I know you've probably thought about that before now.
I mean, who hasn't dreamed of owning their own business? If you're like me, the thought of being an independent business owner is an enticing one though.
Just imagine...
no boss eyeing your every move and criticising your ingenuity and initiative...
no more punch cards and calls to the personnel office to dispute your overtime claims...
you set your own hours and take vacation time off when it suits you...
But wait, is their a downside? Uh, yeah there is.
You get to do all the work...
unless you get someone else to do it for you.
You get to put up the investment capital...
which can be considerable.
You get to absorb all the losses...
which can be quite painful.
So there's good and bad, right? Not necessarily.
What if there was a way to start up your own business that would allow you to enjoy the benefits, while reducing the negative to a rock bottom minimum? Wouldn't you be curious and want to find out more? I sure was.
Personally, I excluded thoughts of a traditional business - like a store, for example - simply due to the enormous start-up costs involved.
Besides, my credit rating isn't what it could be so financing is a bit of a problem.
I'd been dabbling for a while, freelancing on the Internet...
trading my time and expertise for dollars.
Then I began to think about other ways I could use the 'net to generate income.
Well, it wasn't long before I started experimenting with so-called network marketing opportunities.
Needless to say (but I'll say it anyway), I got burned a few times.
Experience cost me a bundle.
With experience came education and knowledge.
he education allowed me to glean the knowledge required to sift through the chaff and the cheats to find the wheat and the winners.
Obviously, that took time and money (quite a bit of money - most on credit).
If you're like me, and an online home business appeals to you, please, heed my advice and do your due diligence before diving into any "opportunity" that comes along.
I finally found the type of business I was looking for through trial and error.
