I always tryed out new demo and nothing blew me away like the ping rapture v2. It hit dead straignt every time even on a not so good swing. The clubs are verry forgiving but you still have control over the clubs to move your shot.
The confidence I have when addressing the ball with these clubs is amazing. I still remember clearly Lee Westwood in the HSBC Champion playing Titleist AP2 712 Irons and Ping Rapture V2 Irons. 2012 is a big year for the Worksop born Westwood. I like him and I follow him. After having a try I find the Ping Rapture V2 Irons are really my taste. They are definitely over-sized and have a dark grey finish not all that dissimilar from the color of the Black Pearl Cleveland wedges.
I was playing Ping G15 Irons and occasionally missing the greens on my second shots but i had the players irons. The V2 Irons will put the ball where your swing is aimed. I noticed a marked improvement in my ball-striking ability. The Rapture V2 was made with a fresh, modern-classical clubhead shape that will suit that eye associated with better participants, while nonetheless providing forgiveness in addition to confidence to get average participants.
The grooves are deep, the Ping AWT steel shafts are weighted nicely, and the tungsten in the sole of the clubs provides the perimeter weighting for an extremely forgiving response. Even poor shots have a tendency to go where you want them with these Ping Rapture V2 Irons. I certainly loved the consistency and I am clearly accurate with 6-iron.
Effortless power and precision to hit greens from anywhere on the course! With a little practice these clubs will definitely take your game to the next level. I would definitely recommend these clubs for the beginner or average player as they do their best to give you max forgiveness and distance.
