How to Retrieve Divorce Documents in Wheaton, Illinois

- 1). Go to the DuPage County Circuit Court clerk's office at 505 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- 2). Request the divorce records you want, using as much information as you can give the clerk, including the names and birth dates of both parties. Give the clerk the case number if you have it; this is most accurate way to search for divorce records.
- 3). Pay the clerk the fees for a certified record: $2 for the first page, 50 cents for each page thereafter and $6 for the certification.
