Easy crockpot country-style pork ribs with apple juice, vegetables, and seasonings.

  • 2 to 3 pounds boneless country style pork ribs or chops
  • 1 small can (6 ounces) frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Total Time: 480 minutes


Combine all ingredients in crockpot; cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Serve with rice.
