How the Paleo Diet Can Make You a Stronger, Healthier Person

The Paleo Diet is the key to a healthy and better lifestyle.

They had stronger bones, fewer cavities, and even lived longer (unless they got killed).
Hunter-gatherers were rarely overweight and had low rates of autoimmune diseases like arthritis and diabetes.
Our DNA has virtually not changed since we were hunter-gatherers.
This means that our bodies were never adapted to the huge change in diet they were forced to endure.
Apart from the disastrous consequence that agriculture has had on the environment (the cutting down of endless forests, etc), we started eating foods that we were not supposed to eat, such as beans, corn and potatoes.
The result: increase of autoimmune disease, diabetes, allergies, unexplainable fatigue.
Native populations across the world that are still hunter-gatherers nowadays do not have any of these symptoms and are often complimented on their astonishing physiques.
That is because they eat the right things! The idea of the diet is simple: Don't eat: Grains, Beans, Potatoes, Dairy Do eat: Meats and Fish, Fruits, Nuts, Berries No counting of carbs, calories.
Eat until full.
After a matter of weeks, your energy levels will be up and you will have a healthier, stronger body.
