No Machines Cardio For Weight Loss

I'm going to show you a no machines cardio routine for weight loss that you can do at home.
Not only can you do it at home, but you'll get way better results than if you went to a gym to do cardio.
It's simple and only involves 2 exercises.
In fact, the total time to do this whole routine will be 7-12 minutes.

Spinning around in a circle like children This is a "next generation" type of exercise that you'll be hearing a lot more about in the near future.
Spinning helps weight loss because it stimulates your Endocrine System to level out and release hormones in a balanced manner.
In this day and age, most people have imbalances with their hormones because of the air, water, foods, and other products with their unnatural chemicals.
These imbalances trigger weight gain while making it very hard to lose weight.
Spinning balances the hormones allowing your body it's full ability to lose weight rapidly.
What you do is spin around clockwise with your arms out like airplane wings.
Spin enough to get slightly dizzy, usually somewhere between 5 and 15 spins for beginners.
Once you find that number, repeat the spins for 8 total sets throughout the day.
You don't need to do them all at once.
Total time: 2 minutes since each set of spins takes about 15 seconds to do.

Hindu Squats This exercise burns fat like crazy.
What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can (without weights).
During each repetition, touch or swipe your finger tips to the ground.
Because this exercises puts your body in a deep oxygen deficit, it's forced to scavenge for energy quickly.
It does this by burning up bodyfat for energy.
Do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes.
Once you can do that, do 200 repetitions in less than 10 minutes.
Total time for this exercise: 5-10 minutes.
