Home Remedy for a Wrinkled Neck
- A pineapple mask not only moisturizes the skin but naturally washes away dead skin, minimizing the appearance of neck wrinkles. A mixture of one cup of rinsed pineapple chunks and three tablespoons of olive oil, mashed in a food processor or blender will create a mask that will leave the skin firm and glowing. Apply the mask evenly over the neck and leave on for twenty minutes before washing off with warm water. The mask can also be applied to the face to minimize wrinkles and bags under the eyes.
- A wrinkle mask that can be used for the face as well as the neck is three seeded apricots mashed in a food processor or blender with 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of cold milk. The mask should be applied evenly over the skin and after 30 minutes should be rinsed off with the juice of one whole lemon mixed with 1/2 cup of warm water. This will leave the skin tight, minimizing the wrinkles, as well as giving the skin a healthy glow. This natural process can be repeated daily, if desired.
- Massaging the neck and face in small circular motions with coconut oil before going to bed is an excellent way to relax the skin and minimize the appearance of wrinkles. Coconut oil increases blood circulation and produces new skin cells, replacing old dry skin cells and giving the skin a new healthy glow. This process can be repeated daily if desired.
- Diet plays an important role in keeping the neck and face looking fresh and free of wrinkles. Eating vegetables, eggs, nuts and fruits helps give the body the proper nutrients needed to slow aging lines. Drinking lots of water and fruit juice and avoiding drinks with caffeine and alcohol also slow the development of wrinkles.
