How to Annul a Divorce in Florida
- 1). Navigate to the Florida Supreme Court website to download and print the Notice of Voluntary Dismissal form.
- 2). Complete the dismissal form with accurate information and using a pen with black ink.
The form should be completed by the spouse who started the divorce process. However, if the other spouse filed a counter-petition, this person also will need to complete a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal form.
- 3). Visit the clerk of the circuit court in the county where you filed for divorce and file a copy of the notice of voluntary dismissal form. Make sure to file the original copy.
- 4). Give additional copies of the dismissal form to every party involved in the divorce case. You can provide the additional dismissal form copies by mail or in person.
