For people who prefer smaller cup size portions (8 oz.), this amount would only be suited as a ‘snack' drink rather than a full meal. If you are more at ease with this amount, you should drink around eight to ten glasses a day.

  • 1/2 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup
  • 1/16 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 8 Ounces of Water
