Si Chuan


If savory Cantonese food makes your mouth water, then Si Chuan food will make you look like crying, swet, and your touge will feel like numb and spicy. Si Chuan food as known as numb spicy (Ma La) food, and most of the food is spicy. It is believed that spicy food helps one to perspire in hot and humid summer while keeps one warm in winter in Si Chuan Province. Similar but not the same to Si Chuan cuisine are Hunan cuisine and Jiangxi cuisine, both hot and spicy.chwan dishes:
