native gastronomic and foreign Epicureans alike.
Cantonese are also noted for their diverse sometimes controversial choice in food. You
probably heard about those horror stories about snake and cat dishes. But relax, these are
not among daily menus. In fact Cantonese wouldnt deign to serve such delicacies to
foreigners who do not know better to appreciate.
