Cantonese

This is probably the best known internationally. The famous "dim sum", pastries filled with meat, vegetables, seafood or sweet bean pastes, are appreciated by native gastronomic and foreign Epicureans alike.
Cantonese are also noted for their diverse sometimes controversial choice in food. You probably heard about those horror stories about snake and cat dishes. But relax, these are not among daily menus. In fact Cantonese wouldn’t deign to serve such delicacies to foreigners who do not know better to appreciate.

Typical Cantonese dishes:

Spiced Chicken in Peppercorn Cerery and Sea Blubber Skin Roll

Fried Shrimp Cake Kwangtung Diced Meat Dumpling
