First class seating couches offer more leg room and wider seats for a more comfortable trip. First class sleeping couches cabins have 2 beds (as compared to 4 beds in economy class)，lockable doors, window tables and 2-pin 220V electric sockets. First class cabins are almost always air conditioned and bedding, towels, newspapers and snacks are usually included in the price.

Second class cabins have 4 beds - two lower and two upper bunk beds. Each cabin has storage underneath lower beds, window table, lockable door, towels and bedding. Air conditioning may be available on some trains. Second class Plus tickets include additional services, such as newspapers, meals and drinks.

Third class (Plazkart in Russian) is a cheaper and less comfortable way to travel by train. Compartments in third class are not separated by doors so there is no privacy. We do not recommend our customers to travel in third class sleepers unless they purposefully seek such travel experience.

 : Passengers will be placed in cabins with other passengers of the same gender. That is there are male-only cabins and female-only cabins. If you are traveling with a companion of the opposite sex, you will not be able to stay in the same cabin. If you wish to stay in the same cabin, please use a ticket class that does not have this restriction.

 : 4 meals included", "This ticket includes meals. Depending on the travel time of your train, you will be served breakfasts, lunches or dinners.

Travelers with International Russian passports: make sure you put your 9 digit passport number and your name in English.

When electronic tickets are not available, we offer our customers convenient delivery options.

Please provide a valid contact number where you can be reached. If you are traveling, please make sure to provide information about your hotels and travel dates in the additional information field. Without a way to reach you, we may not be able to deliver your tickets and you will be responsible for any losses arising from it.

E ticket:

The tickets are electronic and the confirmations will be sent to your e-mail with all necessary instructions.

After the payment is complete the tickets will be issued within 24-48 hrs.
