The
Swan Hotel (Tian'e binguan) located near Luxun Park, is about 10 minutes
drive from the Bund, 20km from the airport and 6km from the railway
station. This hotel has many ties with the Chinese navy, originally
owned by them, and it still maintains its ship-shape condition!
A 17 storey building, the Swan, consists of 191 guestrooms, that have all been nicely decorated, with some of them looking on to the park. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, mini bars, fridges, IDD telephones and color televisions.
The hotel has a few facilities including karaoke, disco, beauty salon, bar, shopping arcade and ticket reservation. The multi function hall can hold 100 people. The hotel business center provide telex, fax, photocopying, typing and translation services.
Restaurants here provide Chinese cuisine and western food. The Yi Xiang Restaurant provides Sichuan cuisine, the Canton Court and Bili Garden Restaurant provide Cantonese food and you can enjoy western food at the hotel Grill Room.
