The best of the rooms are the emperor suites, decorated in Chinese, French, Islamic, Japanese and South-East Asian styles. All of the rooms come with satellite TV in several languages, air-conditioning, IDD telephone, in-door safe, and minibar/refrigerator.

For business travelers there are many services in the Noble. An executive floor is ideal for business guests to stay and work. The hotel also has a business center with comprehensive facilities, and numerous conference and function rooms for banquets, meetings and seminars. For relaxation and recreation there is a swimming pool, a gym, a massage and beauty center, mini-golf, a bowling alley, and the popular Moon River Night Club.

The hotel serves a plethora of cuisines from within its four restaurants, including Cantonese, Anhui, spicy Sichuan, Shandong styles in the Yulingxuan Chinese Restaurant, continental dishes in the Noble Western Restaurant and hot-pot and western style buffet in the Circle Lounge. Nicest of the lot is the Golden Palace Thai Restaurant that offers delicious delicacies from Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
