The 5-star plus JW Marriott is located at Pacific Place, on the eastern side of Central, Hong Kong Islands business district, in the heart of an office and retail development. The hotel is located on the old Victoria Barracks site, a well-known landmark in Hong Kong. With a designated green area in front and a lush hillside behind, the hotel affords a picturesque view from all rooms, two thirds of which have either full or partial harbour views.

A Compulsory Gala Dinner for all room types is mostly applied for the nights of Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and local holiday festivals. If the Validity Dates are ( Dec 24 2002 to Dec 24 2002 ) or ( Dec 31 2002 to Dec 31 2002 ), the rate already includes the room rate plus compulsory Gala Dinner for 2 persons (adult). For Children (under 12 years) the rate for the compulsory Gala Dinner will be approximately half the adult rate.

Check-in time is normally around 10.00 am and check-out time is 12.00 noon. Extensions up to 6.00 pm are subject to a surcharge of 50% off published rates. Full rates will be charged after 6.00 pm. Any of this extra stay will be paid directly to the hotel.
