Yangshao Group Co.Ltd is located in Mianchi county, Henan Province. Mianchi county was the birthplace of Yangshao Culture.

The group is conveniently located. Ancient Capital Luoyang is to its east. Sanmenxia is to its west, and to its south, is Longhai Railway. The state Highway 310 passes through it.

The group consists of ten companies . The group covers an area of 870,000 sq. metres and has a work force of 6,000. Its fixed assets is up to 380 million RMB. The annual output of its main product - yangshao liquor, comes to 60,000 tons and the anual output value amounts to 700 million yuan RMB. The anual taxation payment is up to 100 million yuan RMB. Since 1990, the group has been listed as "The Star Enterprise" in China, one of the top 100 companies in Henan province. On May 1, 1997 it was honored the National Wuyi Labor Medal by the National Trade Union. Recently, the company has developed into a big enterprise in China combining scientific research, industry and trading an integrity.
