1. Introduction to foreign investment polices and administrative measures:
- The approval measures and procedures regarding establishing foreign investment enterprises in China by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation
- The polices, administrative measures and approval procedures regarding new foreign investment projects by the Foreign Capital Department of the State Planning Commission
- The polices, administrative measures and approval procedures regarding technological renovation by the State Economic and Trade Commission
- Outline on foreign investment in China
- Chinese consulting service industry in foreign investment in China by China International Engineering Consulting Corporation
2. The Chinese enterprise participants and foreign participants will be arranged to meet and talk about potential projects which will need foreign investment and technology.
Schedule
of the seminar:
The seminar will be held from 8th September 1997 to 12th September 1997. It will take the first two days for introducing foreign investment policies, regulations, procedures and projects. The next three days will be arranged for potential project talks.
About one hundred fifty projects will be introduced first. If the project for industry field you are interested in is not included in project list, you can contact with us, we shall help you to find and identify the potential project for you.
