Joseph V. Donahue is a private investor and advisor to numerous U.S. and Asian private and public companies. He currently serves as Managing Director of Crown Capital Corporation and was previously on the Board of Directors of Frontline Communications, a listed American Stock Exchange company. He is President of Donahue & Associates, Inc. a corporate advisory firm founded in 1993 and is a director and Chief Financial Office of PanAm Development Corporation.

From 1981 to 1993 Mr. Donahue managed mergers and acquisitions at Sterling & Company, Inc. of Los Angeles. He was responsible for initiating the first private buyout of a major publicly-traded life insurance company. While at Sterling & Company, Mr. Donahue participated in hundreds of transactions with public and private companies involving many Fortune 500 and New York Stock Exchange companies.

Mr. Donahue studied at the University of Mexico and graduated with a B.A. from the University of California.
